A Night of Passion and Performance at the Opéra Garnier.

There is no stage more grand than the Opéra Garnier, and for this unforgettable rehearsal dinner, it became the ultimate setting for a symphony of love, artistry, and bold vision.

To honor the musical soul of the venue, the evening featured live performances by ballerinas, tenors, and classical musicians, modern dancers, all framed by the breathtaking architecture of the opera house. The evening’s centerpiece? A performance by none other than Andrea Bocelli and his son Matteo, a once-in-a-lifetime moment that left guests speechless.

The creative direction was driven by passion and drama, with red as the hero. Together with the extraordinary teams at Geller Events, Roni Floral, and NuArt, we achieved an immersive experience where every detail told a story. Guests were welcomed by a breathtaking entrance, where sixteen varieties of roses in over twenty rich shades of red transformed the space into a layered, monochromatic dream.

At dinner, custom candelabras paid tribute to the iconic chandelier above, while mirrored tabletops reflected the grandeur of the Grand Salon ceiling, allowing guests to dine beneath a work of art.

In the grand staircase, two interlocking circles to represent unity and infinity. To bring a contemporary twist to the classical setting, our partners at NuArt transformed the DJ booth into a custom-made shimmering crystal chandelier, blending perfectly with the historic decor.

Of course, working within a protected monument comes with complex regulations and tight restrictions. Every detail had to be executed with precision, respect, and creativity. From lighting to placement to sound, the result was an extraordinary harmony between history and modernity. There were over 30 versions of technical files and that is where it is imperative to produce in the safest way without any surprises

Stationery and menus were designed to echo the grandeur of the space: classic with a hint of drama. And to elevate the culinary experience, we partnered with designer Charles Kaisin, offering guests a surrealist dining journey. Waiters, one for every two guests, wore whimsical hats shaped like the iconic Opera candelabras, with each “chapeau” projecting the couple’s wedding proposal directly onto the guests’ white Bernardaud plates.

Dessert A dream above the clouds, blending the precision of haute cuisine with a sense of magic and elevation. The evening was not just a rehearsal dinner; it was a performance in itself.
