Musée des Arts Forains luxury welcome dinner Paris

A Bespoke Circus Spectacle

Welcome to the Circus of Dreams: A Whimsical Welcome Dinner at the Musée des Arts Forains.
In a world where luxury often means gilded ballrooms and ornate palaces, we chose to take a bold detour. For this delicious Musée des Arts Forains event, we took an audacious and imaginative leap. Hosted at the home to the world’s largest private authentic vintage circus collection, the event celebrated playful elegance, childhood wonder, and sheer creativity.

Together with the extraordinary teams at Geller Events, Roni Floral, and NuArt, we imagined an immersive experience where every detail told a story. The result? A colorful fête foraine fantasy. Guests entered through whimsical gardens where a four-meter giraffe bar bowed in greeting. Inside, a hot air balloon bar soared above the crowd, and over 1,000 miniature balloons doubled as seating assignments. A life-sized gorilla DJ booth, with cheeky monkeys swinging overhead, filled the space with vibrant energy and laughter.

A bespoke circus spectacle at Musée des Arts Forains in Paris featuring 135 performers, immersive design, couture details, and extraordinary event production.

The bride’s entrance was pure magic. Her gown, a moving carousel, twirled in rhythm with the custom carousel dance floor, an unforgettable moment of enchantment. She had a huge key custom-made for her to open the magical door with many locks

The evening wasn’t just beautiful, it was a technical masterpiece.
135 artists and acrobats performed for 200 guests, each in custom costumes designed for the theme. The playfulness and imagination instantly brought to mind to one of our previous events, exceptional Moulin Rouge–inspired welcome party.

Behind the spectacle, extensive engineering studies shaped safe, elegant rigging systems and custom rails. We oversaw every element of the technical planning and certification, ensuring flawless acrobatic performances and absolute safety.

The culinary journey matched the spectacle. Carousel-shaped chocolate towers, robotic lollipop tables spinning nostalgic treats, and foie gras-infused cotton candy made for a feast as whimsical as it was refined. Renowned pastry chef and artist Bastien Blanc Tailleur curated a dessert buffet featuring iconic sweets from each region of France; colorful, creative, and almost too pretty to touch. He also made chocolate carousels to serve the desserts.

To elevate the sensory experience, a bespoke scent was created by the famed nose of Guerlin perfumes. Crafted uniquely for this event and diffused during the night, it was also bottled and gifted to the guests as candles, so they could carry the memory home.

The bride and groom’s brief? “Create something the world has never seen.”. With joy and passion, we did just that. Stay tuned for the Opera Garnier Rehearsal dinner for more!
