What continues to inspire me is the privilege of getting to know families from around the world — each bringing their own culture, traditions, and unique vision of celebration. Designing and orchestrating a multi-day destination event that reflects their story, and seeing their joy at the end of it all, remains one of the most fulfilling parts of what I do.

Every wedding and celebration is a story told through emotion, design, and experience. Whether it’s an intimate gathering in Paris, a grand celebration along the Amalfi Coast, or a timeless soirée in the South of France, the goal is always the same: to create beauty that feels personal, effortless, and deeply meaningful.

The Power of Teamwork and Alignment
My success has never been a solo journey. It’s the result of hard work, a remarkable team, and a network of creative partners who share the same commitment to excellence and artistry.

Equally important has been the courage to say no – to projects or collaborations that don’t align with our values or creative vision. Protecting that alignment has allowed Alejandra Poupel Events to grow with integrity and grace, ensuring that every event reflects authenticity and refinement.

Finding Balance and Inspiration
When I’m not with my team and clients I find balance in family, movement (I love working out), art, and of course – a little shopping by the sea. Those quiet moments of stillness recharge the creativity that fuels every celebration. Inspiration often comes when the mind is at ease – a color from a painting, the sound of waves, or the elegance of a historic architectural detail.

Looking Ahead to 2026
If there’s one lesson that life continues to reinforce, it’s that positivity is perspective, and there is no substitute for hard work and experience. Every challenge holds a lesson, and every project is an opportunity to create beauty with purpose.
